Match Report: VCF lose away at RMCF (3-0)
Valencia CF took on Real Madrid on Thursday 18 of June at 10 pm kick-off time at Real Madrid’s training ground at the Alfredo Di Stefano Stefano on Matchday 29 of LaLiga Santander.

Valencia CF had a better start to the second half enjoying passages of play in the early going of the second half while being resolute at the back. Jasper Cillessen was called into action to stop a powerful low drive.
The hosts got themselves in front on the hour mark and against the run of play. Karim Benzema made it 1-0 to Real Madrid. Valencia CF tried to come back following the 1-0 but Marco Asensio made it 2-0 Real Madrid with 20 minutes of normal time left to play.
Karim Benzema made it 3-0 to Real Madrid in the closing minutes as Kang-In was sent off for a straight red after a bad foul on Sergio Ramos and the match ended in a 3-0 loss at the Alfredo Di Stefano stadium at Valdebebas.
Valencia CF will welcome Club Atletico Osasuna on Sunday the 21st of June at Mestalla at 7:30 pm kick-off time on Matchday 30 of LaLiga Santander looking for an upturn in their fortunes and grab their maiden resumption win.

A minute’s silence was observed ahead of kick-off in memory of Isidro Brunet a former Real Madrid player. Sergio Ramos and Dani Parejo, captains of both teams, posed before the start of the game with a shirt in support of Juan Carlos Unzué that read: "Stay strong, we are with you.”
